FACEBOOK Connect - Fabulous New Feature Now Activated !!

A Great Way Of Letting Your Friends Know What Events You've Booked

There is now a brand new Facebook button at the bottom of every Spice event which allows you to add a message to each event if , for example, you're going on the event or to find out who's booked.  You don't have to be on Facebook to use the message system. As other people add comments to the event a thread will develop allowing members to make travel arrangements, contact each other, ask for directions or anything else thats relevant to the event.  For Facebook users you can connect with your Facebook account and the comment will appear in your profile and newsfeed for all your friends to read. 

The way it works:  Type in a comment relating to the event you are looking at. You can then "Post" the comment in one of two ways.  Firstly, simply add your name and press 'Post' and it's done (no need to enter an email address).  Use this method if you're not on Facebook.  Secondly, if you're a Facebook user then click 'Connect with Facebook' instead. Tick the little box 'Post Comment To My Facebook Profile' and it will be added to your profile for all your friends to see.

New SPICE Bristol & Cardiff Landline Number

SPICE Bristol & Cardiff is available to contact on 0845 4300334.  However, if you do not wish to use the 0845 number, you can also contact us using our dedicated landline number.  This has now changed with immediate effect to 01454 625573.  Please note that this is the same line as the 0845 number but some members get charged by their phone providers when using an 0845 number and prefer to use a normal landline number instead.  This replaces the previous 0117 number published in the newsletter which has now been disconnected.
